The rules for using Impret

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Impret service operated by Impret AI, including impret.com, app.impret.com, our waiting list, and the software features we make available through free or paid plans.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share access in a way that exceeds the limits of your plan, bypass account restrictions, or use the service in a manner that could harm the platform, other users, or third-party systems.

Impret AI provides the Impret service, an AI-assisted marketing platform for creating, organizing, reviewing, and publishing content. Features and usage limits depend on the plan associated with your account, including whether you are on a Free or Pro subscription.

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features over time. We will aim to do so in a commercially reasonable manner, but we do not guarantee that every feature, integration, or workflow will remain available indefinitely.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment charges for the selected plan. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.

For purchases processed by Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction in accordance with Paddle's applicable consumer terms and refund policy. If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will stop future renewals after the current billing period unless a refund is issued under that policy.

You retain ownership of the content, prompts, files, brand materials, and other inputs you submit to Impret. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and use that material solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Content generated by AI may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or infringing in a given context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving generated output before relying on it, distributing it, or publishing it anywhere.

If you connect social accounts or use third-party integrations through Impret, you are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and technical requirements of those external services. You may only connect and use accounts that you are authorized to control.

Impret AI does not guarantee the availability, acceptance, reach, performance, or delivery outcomes of posts, analytics, AI providers, search providers, email providers, or any other third-party service. External provider changes, outages, or policy actions may affect the service.

You may not use Impret for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, or harmful activity. This includes generating or distributing content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, or the rights of other users.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with the platform, scrape or exfiltrate other customers data, misuse integrations, introduce malicious code, or use the product in a way that creates security, abuse, or compliance risk for Impret or its providers.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal, security, or operational risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or misused the platform or connected services.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will survive.

Impret AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, visual design, documentation, and underlying service, excluding content that you or other customers provide.

These terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Impret AI or the Impret service. They grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your plan and these terms.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and the accuracy or performance of generated or published content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impret AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Impret AI for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, pricing updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date on this page and take additional notice steps where appropriate.
